I am bus ticket booking on dated 11-12-2018 10.44 am and my booking id :-6750897272 is but some reason i am cancelled my bus tickets and claim to my refund amount on Rs.1584.99/-.But no response paytm wallet team many times of complaints by phone and written mails and paytm customer care officer every time saying 24 hrs are amount is refund but till to date not refund my amount.
Please help consumer court my amount refund process.
