i am bus booking Paytm travel date : 5.3.2021, Bus from chennai to Karaikal but break down in a hour, bus incharge not work properly , two ladies midnight waiting an one hour then chidambaram bus arrived, we will get the ticket to chidambaram and paid money, very disappointed to me… im depressed … i am kindly request to refund the money to paytm before 13 days (6.3.2021) but not response to me, pls solve the problem
