Text of Complaint by SADHNA MEHTA:

  • Hi
  • I  using Tara sky connection from past 10 years  Originally i had three TVs so had three connections.
  • In July 2018 I sold my money TV and called tata sky technician to disconnect the third connection and put others in place  We asked the guy if we need to give any undertaking or written communication to disconnect third connection. He says no and speaks in front of us to the customer care to disconnect third connection.
  • To our surprises we check our account statement this month and come to know they are  charging us for  third connection which we closed long back.
  • Called them so many times to sort it out. But tata sky guys done nothing to resolve this is due. They had to refund our 2000 rs for last 6 months but they are not ready to do it. Infact there guys telling do whatever you want to do we are not refunding money. We both husband wife working full time. So first thought of ignoring, as don’t have time to follow up. But soon I realised this is wrong if everyone does this, it is going to give liberty to such companies to cheat people.
  • So I request you to take immediate action to penalise them and refund our money
