I, Vikas Rai, am writing regarding a serious issue with my withdrawal request on your platform.
On 14 March 2026, I placed a withdrawal request of INR 50,000 from my Parimatch account. While submitting the request, an incorrect bank account number was entered due to a genuine human error.
My correct bank account details are as follows:
Account Number: 10710600001274
IFSC Code: DCBL0000107
Incorrect account number entered: 10701600001274
Despite this, your platform is showing the transaction status as “Processed.” However, I have not received the amount in any account.
To further verify, I attempted to send a nominal amount via Google Pay to the incorrect account number. The transaction failed with an error stating: “Invalid account details or account does not exist.”
This clearly proves that the incorrect account number does not exist and no transaction could have been successfully processed to that account.
In this regard, I request you to urgently provide:
UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) Number
Sending bank details
Beneficiary account details
Transaction proof
Failure to provide these details raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity of the transaction.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and other authorities.
