Tracking IDs : 211128674663 and 1211128675923 contains 70 units of my products which was received by amazon Assam fulfilment center on 16th September 2021. After continuous follow up they are not giving me any update on my products and buying time citing fake issues. Sometimes they say they will reimburse me the amount but again after 5 to 7 days they say the products are added back to inventory. when I show them that the products are not added to my inventory then again they apologies and ask me to wait for next 7 days. After that they again say that they are investigating and ask me to wait for another 7 days. again after 7 days they say products are added back to inventory.
The case Id raised with amazon is 7356560392 which is still pending a resolution since 22nd September. My registered ID with amazon is elekraftassam@gmail.com
After taking almost 2 months to find my product they are just closing my case stating fake information that the products are added back to my inventory. When I point out the wrong information then they apologize and buy more time to resolve the issue but after 7 to 10 days they again say the same thing so that I point out the mistake they made and they apologize again and buy more time to solve the issue. Whereas they are not reimbursing the amount of the lost product. Neither they are paying me for the items they have lost in their fulfillment center neither they are returning back my products.
