My account was Blocked and Bank is Not responding properly.
My “Fi” account was blocked on 10 of May 2022. I raised the complaint on “Fi”. I called to “Fi” customer service on this number “08047485490” so many times, I mailed them on “help@ficare” so many times. I chat to them so many times too …the “Fi” team saying deferent reasons every time.
The Reasons are…like this
1. wait for 3 to 4 days It will unblock
2. I did so many tractions so that It frozen.
3. On Jun 9th 2022 I got one mail regarding this issue for my mail reply. They provided one complaint number on that “EMLDT 4.05.2022 0735001504043697” and said that you need to reach the nearest police station to Unblock your account.
I am not understanding …. why should I go to the police station ?
and what is this ?
when I am trying to contacting to “Fi” team they are discontenting my call.
