I’ve booked my car – Hyundai creat 1.5 black SX (o) Diesel AT. from focus motors Pvt Ltd. Jalgaon on date 21-march-2020 & my receipt number is 35141.
Under Name of : Sudhamchand Talreja .
Booking Amount Paid: Rs. 25,000.

my delivery date was 27 July 2020, but the dealer refused to deliver the vehicle because I was not buying insurance from a dealership, they are forcing if you will not buy insurance we will not give you the car.
hence, they gave me a refund booking amount cheque and insulted the government regulations & irdai regulation.
they are telling this is my business not government business you will have to buy insurance from me or else you can complain anywhere I will not give the car.
we request to kindly take strict action on the same because the dealer has wasted my 4 months of time.
We will wait to hear a positive and justice response from you.
