I bought a Hyundai i20 Magana from Novelty Hyundai on June 15, 2018, through CSD. All the documentation/bills/insurance I received on the same day. They wrote the wrong name on the insurance so I asked to change on the same day. I checked each and every document before receiving. It was conveyed to me that RC will take one month and will be delivered to my address. Now its December end and RC is still pending. I have made a number of calls to the salesperson, complaint to the customer care. I have proof of all calls in my call details history. Even in November customer care arranged a conference call with the manager (Mr. Jatinder Sharma from Novelty Hyundai, Pathankot) he committed the final RC date as November 30, 2018, or Max December 03, 2018. Even after that commitment, he is making excuses every time I call. On December 19, 2018, my father visited the dealership and they denied the fact saying there is no complaint again any RC delay. That was a kind of harassment that they did.
Problem: The actual problem behind this RC delay is because of Novelty Hyundai has provided the wrong information to the RTO while sending data for RC creation. They are denying the fact that they are careless while sending information. They are putting the blame in the RTO office which is not true.
Even now they are not serious about my complaint, they have not assigned any person to my problem.
