Data speed is very poor. I have given complain three months back but no solution provided. I talked to customer care n number of times but getting only false promises & commitments.

I have given complain three months back & yet no solution provided to me. The complain is about data speed, it’s very poor. Even it takes few minutes to open a page. I talked to customer care n number of times but no solution provided. Only I received false commitment.

My complain status is still showing in progress.
