Hi sir/ Mam ,
I’m Abhinaya, This Complaint about a person from Kotak Mahindra Bank about Humiliating me and for Tried Harrass me when No one was at home. I’m in a extreme Depression and stress.
I applied a loan from Kotak mahindra Bank, in the year of 2022( April) for 1 year Tenure. As i don’t want to drag my Loan Emi , I applied this loan for 1 year tenure. and I paid all my emi till September month. I had a kidney stone last year and I recovered from that 80%. Last year 2022 August Again I came to know that I have this same issues due to severe pain , I Resigned my job for complete bed rest.. So i started doing my Emi payment little Late of every month. but never Failed to do the payment..
There was a pending Payment in the month of (October only) and I paid the for September , November , December..
The incidence happened in the month Dec 28-2022 , a person called Amog , from Kotak mahindra bank, who called me on 26 of Dec, to pay the EMI loan , and due to financial shortage… I Paid 9k for the month of December, after requesting him many times about the shortage of money he agreed me to pay the 9k for December and sent him receipt..But very next day without informing, After accepting That person directly came to my house, kept ringing my door bell. when accidentally I opened the door , that person was starring at me with Smiling. It was shock and confused to see him after even clearing the 80% Dues for December.. Initially i didn’t have any clue about his approach and body language.. But in few minutes I Understood he really didn’t come for EMI due.. His body language and attitude was well clearly said that he want me to allow him inside the house and talk about it..Even after saying him that I will clear this month dues before January 6, He didn’t allow me to my house. He was prolonging the conversation , even I requested him to leave the place saying that I’ll clear the dues once I arrange the balance money. His body attitude and the way he show off was well clear that he wantedly want to drag the Conversation. He slowly tried to go and sit on the stair steps to continue the conversation with me.
I was shouting at him that I can’t s talk to him anymore…and I said him to leave the place. But he didn’t go away he again rang the bell and asked me to downstairs for the balance dues..
Again he left to my parking he Took a chair and sat there
