On 6 th October 2022 i tried to check out how instant loan apps work and by the way i downloaded Hugo loan after submitting my photo, PAN and aadhar card they show me some higher interest loan product but deleted the app’s instantly and the next morning i got credited 5060 rupees in my account. 5 days later from Wednesday they’re calling me by phone call and WhatsApp to repay hi amount. But I refused to pay their loan. Because i didn’t aply for that loan product or not signed agreement.yet i credited. this is wrong.i told them to share their company name account number and IFSC code and i will transfer the money which I got. But continuously calling me and disturbing with out shareing the company details.i need please take a strict action against them.
