I’ve took a loan amount of Rs. 300/- from freopay app and i paid the loan a week after due date for which they charged 476/- penalty and when spoke to customer care they asked me to pay only capital 300/- remaining 476/- late fee will be waived off but still after paying they’re continuously calling me from different numbers and asking me to pay the late fee and adding 45/- Rs late fee charges daily. Kindly help me get out of this.
