My consumer no is 001524232231 and unit is 4464. I have received a bill of 9710.00. I am aware that this bill includes the meter reading from March 2020 till June 2020. I have seen my bill details (breakdown) provided on your website and link on the bottom of the online copy of bill.
My concern is that this time last year my bill:
Mar 2019: 820.00
April 2019: 1650.00
May 2019: 2310.00
June 2019: 2550.00
Considering that nothing has changed (usage) this year my bill is considerably high. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and if required kindly change the meter.
