i have been living in gudur, spsr nellore dt, andhra pradesh. i have paid my electricity(APSPDCL) bills in every month(average of 300) before due date. suddenly i have received a bill of 11451.00 rupee. i have approached to concerned authorities.but the problem has not been solved.please do justice
