Dear Sir/Madam,
I have bought Nokia LED TV from Flipkart and the same got delivered to me on 04th October-22, which was scheduled for installation on 05th October-22.
Till that time i am in regular touch with Flipkart regarding the status of my installation.
They send me an SMS everyday with contact details of technician but no one attends the visit neither they respond to my calls.
I have written to their Flipkart grievance email ID and all provided support Email IDs but still there is no response.
I recently received a call from Jeeves(Service Provider from Flipkart) that they’ll attend it on 11th or 12th but after that there is no call and no info on visit , even they are also not picking up the call.
I requested Flipkart to take back the LED if they are not able to provide installation and refund my money but they are not ready to pick it up.
Sir – my last hope is with law. Please help.
