We got one sbi credit card with a charge of 500 annual fee but some how it converted 3000 prime card and we are getting charged on card. With out activating and using that card every month 2000 interest increasing on this.
Now customer care people are calling and threatening to pay the full credit card bill. Please help to waive the charges and close the card. We did not get any introductory offer coupons and no monthly bills. Just threatening calls from customer care to pay the bill.
