Taken Fixed time delivery charges but delivered the cake 4 hours late and now not refunding the delivery charges they took for fixed time delivery.
Incident details:-
My order id is 100285142 which is supposed to be delivered between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on 6th Oct 2022 and it is not delivered till 6:35 PM and when contacted to customer care over live chat Girl name Aashi was saying The delivered at 5:00 PM and it was not delivered and customer support person was replying like 30 min waiting for one message. After that I got confirmation call if cake is delivered to me or not so I said no and trying to ask about what happened, she rudely cut the phone, I called her atleast 6-7 times, she cut my call every time. I again started live chat with customer care and After a a lot of struggle she finally gave me delivery boy number. I called the delivery person he said “Mam your order is out of delivery since 1 hour (5:30 PM) and our delivery person will deliver in 10 mins” at 18:20 I got a call and it was from another number and he said Madam I picked up the cake, Can you please tell me your address, I will deliver.
He finally delivered at 18:35PM.
I asked for refund of fixed delivery charges and they denied with the statement ”

Your area of delivery is very far from the shop so we need to hire a private delivery person for the delivery, We adjusted the fixed time charges in your delivery charges.”
Bhiwani Area is 5 KM of city area. They did accept the order and delivered it late. They did not bother to inform me about late delivery and there made up stories.
