Respected Sir,
My Name is Arvind Kumar, and we ordered an Ac online in Flip Cart,
Order number: OD224792533637113000
The order was placed on 27th and delivered on 28th April.
On 29 Ac tech called us and gave us 3 timings and failed to come and install the ac, on top of that Ac tech updated flip cart that I canceled his visit.
We called on 29th and informed that ac tech did not visit and asked to send a Tech on 28th that to did not happen.
From 29th we are calling customer care continuously from different numbers, but no one is calling back or taking it seriously.
I said to customer care multiple times we did not cancel tech visits and they do not listen to us nor update the notes.
We have been telling Flip Cart Customer care that the tech is not updating correctly.
They do not listen to us when we ask to transfer customer care, they disconnect the call and will not call back too.
I called them many times they do not update in the notes and simply say sorry apology on and so on.
The order has not yet been delivered till the present date, I am completely frustrated and depressed with the service we cannot call customer care.
When we call customer care, we only have the option to place a call back and the call will not come immediately. It takes 40 min to 1 hr. They waste our time, sometimes they give miss call and close the call back request and sometimes they won’t even call back.
I recorded the conversation, and I would like to bring this to your notice so that you can take proper action on the flip cart and compensate me for the waste of my time and for foul promise made.
