I ordered a cake with same day midnight delivery option by paying premium delivery charge Rs. 250, site accepted my order with same day delivery option and sent a confirmation email to deliver the cake same day between 23:00 and 23:59 but it was not delivered.
On my complaint to the customer care, they said that order was after cutoff time (which was not shown on the site while accepting order) and it is written in their terms and conditions which were accepted by you so we will deliver cake next day.
Why one would pay Rs. 250 if the cake was not to be delivered same day midnight as shown during the order?
Why should I read terms and conditions if order was accepted with schedule selected and I also got confirmation email about the same schedule for same day midnight delivery?
These points make me to think that the https://www.bloomsvilla.com/ site is just looting people in the name of same day delivery by charging whopping delivery premium Rs. 250 and it’s a fraud which needs action.
