The website took the order of Rs 2300 and money was deducted from my account but the order didn’t get placed. There is no phone number on the website and the email is also invalid.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
