The company Bass Guru is fraud out there, I got totally a wrong product by bass guru on 13th july from their website,Seeing their offer I ordered a Bose ear pods in Buy 1 get 1 offer they are running (https://bass-guru.com/collections/frontpage/products/wireless-earbuds) but I got a cheap quality china headphone and its completely different item from the pictures they shown in website description(https://bass-guru.com/collections/frontpage/products/wireless-earbuds) , I paid Rs.1599 . There is no way to reach out to them and numbers mentioned are switched off, they don’t have any return pick up option on the website.
The website is showing different name and images on the website and sending totally different product to the customers. You can refer to the attached image of wrong product delivered, and also shared the link above for the product they are displaying on the website.
