Order not delivered, even after make a several calls to customer care, team always make a fake commitment for delivering in every time in next 2-4 days.
Even no one tries to connect with me for breaching the delivery date, tried to connect with Grievance team but yet no response from them, now when only 5 days are left for the validity of receipt they are asking me to reschedule the appointment date, and more on that UNPROFESSIONAL is that for there own mistake (product not deliver on schedule time) ROSMERTA is asking me to Rs 118 for rescheduling the appointment date,
I have paid 289.10 INR for home delivery and now they are asking for more INR 118 for rescheduling the appointment date where my fault is big zero.
