Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving the HSRP number plate for my booking made on 5th February, with an appointment scheduled for 20th February. Unfortunately, despite repeated visits to Sai Ram Autocraft Pvt Ltd, I have not yet received the HSRP number plate. Instead, I was provided with a back number plate last week, which is not acceptable.

Moreover, the phone number provided in the receipt is unreachable, and despite numerous attempts to contact your establishment, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance.

I have visited the bike showroom nearly 10 times in hopes of resolving this issue, but to no avail. This delay is causing inconvenience and frustration. Therefore, I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. If prompt action is not taken to provide the HSRP number plate or offer a satisfactory resolution, I may have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Attached to this email is the payment receipt for your reference.

I urge you to acknowledge this complaint and prioritize resolving the issue promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
