I had ordered HSRP plate with sticker for my old two wheeler through online and fitment appointment was scheduled on 23rd Feb 2024, 10:30AM. I went on same day to fitment location and asked my vehicle HSRP but they informed has thay not received and I waited till today 6th Mar 2024 same response from them. Also I called many times to agency customer care no response from them. but they were not able to provide the details. But issue here, eventhough the reason is due to their drawbacks and deficiency of their service.
This seems completed fraudulent practice to dupe the customer.
