My HSRP fitment appointment was on 24th March 2023 with the dealer GRN Auto Sales, Alambagh, Lucknow.
I called the contact provided in my HSRP Invoice. The dealer said that if 24th march(Friday) is your appointment date then your HSRP will be received by us on 24th but your fitment will be on the day after tomorrow that is Sunday. He asked me to visit the dealer premises on Sunday for HSRP fitment.
I went to GRN Auto Sales, there they said HSRP cannot be fitted on Sunday, then they asked me to come again tomorrow.
I visited GRN Auto Sales again the next day that is on Monday, they again said Please visit the store tomorrow we dont have anyone.
It’s like my time doesn’t matter.
I’ll be waiting here today till they do something about it. But would like you to take action against them. These people don’t care about anyone’s time. They must understand this that people have jobs, clients and work to do.
