Dear team,

This is to inform you that due to some medical urgency, I have not collected my car number plate which I have ordered. During this time I have not received any calls from the service center. WHEN I WENT AT DEALER POINt . He said your number plate has not arrived yet. I have gone to him many times, but every time he says that he has not come yet, you should talk to the company. Every time he calls the company, he writes a complaint and gives a date, then call on that date, then write a complaint and say that this time will come. I am continue taking followups with hsrp customer care over phone & mail but still they are not given any solution. Please help to provide the same to avoid unnecessary police chalan.
