I’ve Purchased OLA S1 PRO GEN 2 on 04-02-2025 and i selected for fancy number and got it on like 7th feb 2025 before the delivery of my vehicle which was on 9th feb 2025.
as of that i’ve already given my total details of auction number to the ola service center to update the HSRP details in vehicle portals.
till date i have not received number plate nor the company did not updated the HSRP details yet till date.
recently i’ve already going to ola service center to ask them that but no one is responding properly till now from the past 7 days daily i’ve been going to the patamata ola service center Vijayawada to ask them to update my details
But they are saying that they have sent the mail to hsrp team but they are not also responding.
even going daily for a week also they are not responding from the service front too.
please kindly give me justice for wasting my time on this.
