I had ordered Hp 14s i5-8th generation laptop placed on 13/08/19. The Order no. is 8981402070, price of the product is 46,990. The Intel sticker on laptop shows i3-processor and internal configuration shows i5-processor. Next day of purchased Window of laptop isn’t working. So I raised a complaint about replacement on the same day on 13/08/19 to get order no. 8937541927 which shows replacement delivered on 19/08/19, but due to my illness, I am not able to attain a delivery boy called so returns reject automatically without my permission granted.
I again called to that delivery boy no. provided me by message through paytm for delivering it to me on the next day, he agreed but the next day his call shows switched off. Then I called to customer care for return rejected they tell me that they work on my concern it takes time to take for follow up under the ticket no. 136698127.
They suddenly start to ask me to provide images of the product from all sides, I provide it. Again asking for a serial number which not visible to them for the further process so I texted them, I told them it was because the back color of laptop is same with font so not clearly visible that. Further, then they asked for footage to justify that, I also provide that. Finally, I fed up with there continuously delaying my follow up process. So I register my complaint to National consumer helpline No. , they said it took at least a week to get me out of this problem. The duration of time for your concern took long so options of the refund in paytm app weren’t seen to me anymore which was an inconvenience to me proceed via it then I asked for go to refund now to them.
Any nearby service shops of mine refused to provide any benefits for it to me & take charges to repair it.
But it almost a month now for the whole processing, they texted me that they do not provide me any refund or neither replacement for the same according to them their delivery partners delivered me the right product, the response was not satisfied to me. So I called them today(05/009/19) twice and asked to connect with senior staff on phone, he is not doing anything.
On 30/08/19 I filed a case in consumer forum, the docket no. is 1557285.
As I discussed my problem many times with different customer care members & senior staff of yours, I still don’t get any resolution & even valid justifying answer to me for the delayed process.
I also mentioned my problem of laptop technical issues- the window wasn’t working properly by the next day of purchase, when I contact the nearby service center of Hp and told them it is in the warranty period, they responded that they couldn’t help me out in this. I have to contact directly where I purchased.
But also patym mall customer service fails to resolve this problem of mine.
By lots of hope, I asked you to take some step for all the harassment I had to face and refund my money.
I am a customer of paytm from last 1-2 years. This is the worst thing I had faced in my life by online shopping from paytm mall.
