I had ordered an HP monitor on May 7th and received an damaged product and the delivery guy refused to take it back and asked to raise replacement when i raised for replacement again the delivery guy refused for replacement saying reasons and no proper response from customer care fp solution..today its may 24th and still the product is not replaced
