i Ln.Ratna kumar booked a tatasky new SD connection with Semi Annual for khasim vali on 4/4/2019 but with out customer consent the ISP name VASAVI COMMUNICATIONS BARRING PHONE NO.9966376819 AND with ASI call log they cancelled the wo and raised a HD connection for 1 MONTH only ,how can they change wo with out customer consent ,for installation also needed so many times complaint given then only installation done
