I am a tenant .so I give a hose rent add in 99 acres.com. And a Indian army Amit Kumar response this .And he transfer in panagarh army camp. And he tell please account no send .and also army officer head transfer the amount in your account.

I got recent messages from the Amit Kumar today. His number is +91 83360 89416. Beware !
I also received calls from Mr Amit Kumar. He is pretending that he is from Indian Army and he wants to take flat on rent. Related contact numbers are 8453033840 . I got some suspicion. I asked few questions. He couldn’t answer. Beaware of such calls. They ask us to scan QR codes once rental deal gets stuck. One will loose entire money from bank accounts
Same happened with us as well. Related Contact number – +91 78480 68322. Please be aware!
Same person in photo Amit Kumar called (Phone: +917205246278) asking to rent the flat put on 99acres.com. Sent same document + other IDs.Said working for Indian Army.The urgency in wanting to transfer the advance (just by looking at photos of house) telling that his office will send the money and will need my bank details.Got suspicious and stopped further conversations. Beware of these fraudulent tactics !!!
I got so many calls from fraud people when I. Posted my house on rent in Magicbrics. Same story in all cases.. I am Army person, not in Mumbai and not is transfered to Mumbai so looking for house on rent… Then they will try and show some authenticity by asking house pictures, asking rent and saying will. Show to my family n confirm.
Then immediately they will confirm without coming to house and confirming your house. They will also send Army ID cards, Canteen cards etc of someone else. Then they will send you Google play scan… Which if clicked debit money from your account.
I have received 5 calls… Same story… Thanks to some of my friends who made me aware of this .. So i was cautious
