Dear sir/madam
I have paid 777rs on 20th July which has 1 year subscription for hotstar. After successful recharge also my subscription is not activated.i have launched complaint against the same on 21st July on jio care but I haven’t got reply from them till date(25th July)
When I contacted jio customer care they only telling me to wait but it’s still not activated. I asked them to refund my money.but they said they dont have facility to refund money. please look into the matter.
