Hi,

I have done Recharge of Rs.2798/- pack on 24-11-202 which is activated from 15-04-2022 after my previous pack expired.

As per the pack i should get Disney Hotstar Subscription on my number. But Still I am unable to use the same,

I have Raised Complaint 4 Times via CC still no use, Called Multiple times to Customer Care they just taking complaint and closing it without any solution. I have ported from Idea to Airtel and this is the service which I am getting from Airtel. I Visited an Airtel Outlet too but they just asked me to call CC which is no use.

I need the Disney Hotstar Subscription on my number as per pack benefits, Check & Do needful ASAP.
