Hi-
Recently I purchased Airtel hotspot device with new Postpaid connection. For 3 days it worked well and from 4th day onward hotspot is not at all working. I inquired about in Airtel store, they said that you address verification has failed. I have submited my Adhar Card as a address proof.
Again, a raised a concern for re-verification of my address, its been 10 days now still my address is not yet been verified and i am unable to use my hotspot. Visited the Airtel stores 7 times and no one is interested in resolving my concern. Called several time to the customer care but no one is bothering my concern.
Any help on my concern is appreciated.
