Dear Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your executive while booking a hotel room with your company. On the morning of [date], I contacted your representative to inquire about the availability of rooms and requested for an early check-in at the hotel. The executive confirmed that the rooms were available and assured me that an early check-in would be possible upon payment.
Based on her assurance, I made the full payment immediately and requested that the hotel manager be informed about my early check-in request. I followed up with a call to the hotel to reiterate my request, but to my dismay, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that there were no available rooms for early check-in and that I would have to wait until 12 pm.
This miscommunication has caused me significant inconvenience as I had to miss my office work for the day. I had to take a leave due to this issue which has impacted my work schedule and caused me financial loss. I trusted your executive’s confirmation and made the full payment based on that, but the hotel did not have any record of my early check-in request.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your executive and the miscommunication that has caused me significant inconvenience. I would like a full refund of the payment I made and an explanation for this issue. I hope that your company will take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and that your representatives are trained to provide accurate information to customers.
