Text of Complaint by Sanjay Rana:

I have booked one room in hotel himalaya on 13-11-2022 through agoda website..first time booking failed but debited..after booking failed again book this time booking sucessful..but after sometime their is two rooms booked in my name and their is no option to cancel one room..kindly refund one room rent
