Text of Complaint by Abhijit:

Booked OYO with cust care no. But @ check-in hotel denied booking & charged again. Later I tried to call OYO cust care, OYO promised to refund, but as I see no refund req is initiated.
Please help.
Booking – D6QM6193
Oyo Hotels does not accepts oyo prepaid booking @ check-in. Oyo cust care no & emails & social media does not entertain any grievance even with ample proofs. Instead, each 1 of u understand & support the fraud with guests.
