Text of Complaint by Pratik Swain:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to inform you that in 2022 i booked a hotel named “Hotel Siddharth” located in city “Bhubaneswar” for my wedding ceremony with a token amount of Rs 30,000/- and due to the demise of my father the function was postponed to next year 2023. Due to some change in destination for wedding i requested the hotel management for a refund and asked me to submit physical application on the desk to review and approve for a refund. But it’s been a month now they are not responding to my phone calls and giving useless explanation that you need to arrange a function in order to adjust the amount which they are 100% sure that we will not plan anything like that. I request to accept my complaint regarding this hotel and assist me to atleast reverse back my amount which i paid last year .

The behaviours of the staff is not professional rather arrogant and rude in voice.
