Text of Complaint by Harsh Agarwal:

We booked a Room.in the hotel.name Ravin in Aerocity Mahipalpur
They should us the room and we conformed them basis the looks and as asked for paid them the amount in advance 2500/-
We requested them that the TV is not working .The manager bombarded on us stating that we dont have tv working in all our rooms.After charging the entire amount from.us if we are not provided with the facilities and the same amount is charged then it is not fair at all when we are travelling in an unknown place
