Text of Complaint by Asmit Kumar Mohanty:

I has booked Oyo Hotel Aarshi Palace through booking.com ny doing a partial payment on 9th July, 2023. The booking ID is 2283892659, I had reached the property on 12th July and upon reaching I was asked to pay a different amount other than the gap amount which was to pay. After speaking to Oyo customer care we paid the gap amount and proceeded to the stay. But the hotel staff frequently called us, argued in a very odd manner to pay double the amount of what was the actual room price. The hotel staffs and manager Didn’t bother about the time as well. They kept on harassing me from evening to 12.30 mid night. They seemed violent while arguing as well. We are scared and hoping to get out of this hotel safely.
