I booked 60 rooms with the hotel on Dec 6th 2021 for my group. But, the trip was cancelled due to some people getting covid. As per my booking terms at the time with Mr.Ajay, I was told that i will get refund of Rs.80000 or may be full refund but, the cancellation will not be more than Rs.20000, it was reasonable terms. The problem now is Mr.Ajay has left the hotel and Mr.Schubert has taken over. I have been calling him, messaging him since February 2022 but he doesn’t reply nor pick up my calls. There is a Mr.Wilson who picks up my calls and says ill talk to the owners but doesn’t do anything more than that.
It has been 15 months and still waiting for my refund or even a reply. Have taken a lot of heat from my group since I have to refund them the amount since such a long time.
Attaching the advance reciept I paid to them and watsapp chat screenshots. I think he has blocked my from one of his numbers today.
