Text of Complaint by HIMANSHU JHURIA:

I have booked a room through OYO rooms to stay and I confirm the booking and pay the whole amount online but when I reached at the property they denied that they won’t be able to give us room as if I want a room then I need to pay extra. I called service provider of OYo but nothing happened. Today the same day I booked 2-3 hotels but the same issue prises.
