I had booked Hotel Lily collection located at Royal Palms Goregaon East on 24th June for 2 days, check in date was on 24th June and Check out was on 26th June 2022, but when i arrived at the hotel on the night of Friday 24th June, the hotel denied me check in saying that i had booked online on a lower price and the hotel has a minimum booking charges of 2000/- per night. the hotel management told me that they can only let me stay for 1 night as my total booking amount was around 1800/-
I had done the booking thru Go ibibo on 24th June for Rs. 1804 for 2 nights, and the hotel asked me to pay more 2000 or else they will not allow me to check in to the hotel, i showed them my booking and i told the hotel management that its a confirmed and paid booking still they did not let me check in and all this was happening around 7.30-8.00pm in the night, i called up Go ibibo more than 10 times and they continuously kept saying that they will resolve my problem and send us a new voucher as per the hotel policy i waited for more than 2 hours but they did not call so i started calling them and again and again they kept saying 30 mins 40 mins more to resolve the issue but no one called, i had call up a friend and ask him to help me out in this situation, as i did not get check in into the hotel and Go ibibo did not resolve my issue i had to sleep at my friends’ place that night.
Next day again i went to the hotel and asked them for check in as promised by them, but they denied me they check in again, and after arguing with them hey finally let me check in.
but till date there was no call from Go ibibo to resolve my issue and i was left on road at night because of them.
