Text of Complaint by Saraswati Nair:

I booked a hotel name Lily Collection located at Royal Palms Goregaon East from Go ibibo for the dates 24/06/2022 to 26/06/2022. When I arrived at the hotel for the check in they said that we can’t check in because we have booked the hotel in a cheaper price hence they cant give us check in. The hotel asked me to pay 2000 rs more as this was their minimum booking charges per night. although i had a confirmed booking for 2 nights which was paid already they did not let me check in to their hotel and kept asking me to pay additional amount. i called up Go ibibo at 8.23pm on 24th June 2022 and explained them the situation and Go ibibo promised me to resolve the problem in 45 mins, although it was already late and i agreed to wait patiently, it was more than hour that i did not get any call from Go ibibo hence i called them back complaining about my issue, they again promised me that my issue would get resolved but there was not call back from them i kept calling them but they kept saying the same thing that they r working on my case and i would get a resolution in few hours, it was late at night and i had to call a friend to help me out and i had to sleep at my friend’s place that night. the other day again i went to the hotel to ask them for my check in they again denied and i had to argue to them, after that they gave me a room which was leaking, had holes and water clogging every where. i am upset with the hotel management but more than that i am upset because i had to suffer so much because of Go ibibo, hence i am making this complaint.
