I booked a hotel in MakeMyTrip for the dates 25/12/2021 and 26/12/2021. When I arrived at the hotel for the check in they said that we can’t check in because MakeMyTrip haven’t paid the amount to the hotel. But I paid the full amount during online booking. I raised a complaint in MakeMyTrip the same time but they haven’t responded anything. I want a refund since I didn’t stay in the hotel.
