Myself Ayan Samaddar,native to Kolkata.I have booked Hotel Chakra Nayan Tara after had my words with the manager Swarup Sarkar.He has confirmed my booking after took half advance through his G-pay(750/-) duly stated that this hotel is near by the main Mandir and having all essential equipments available in Hotel.
After reached at Tarapith we found this hotel is too far from Tarapith main road and Temple.After arrive we found the room is too sort and dirty for our stay.We changed the room after request to Swarup Sarkar even after we found the room is too dirty,there is no intercom inside the room for call room service or place any order,the Tv is not functional, no wi-fi,no soap no shampoo has been provided,no mirrors inside the bathroom,even the linens they provided is too dirty for use.They are not bother about the general hygiene aswell.They are not allow any outside foods in Hotel premises but they are charged the same food with high price and less quantity.They even do not provide any Hotel bills for accomodation. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel for stay at Tarapith.
They have charge me 1,500/-for the booking but the service which they have provided is horrible.I think my money as well my stay during the visit has gone by a drain.Kindly look into this matter,so that other peoples do not racing the same problem which we have faced already.
