I ankit sanan booked a hotel from booking .com which was 0 cancellation fee .my booking number is 3726306234
And pin number is 8097 .
I had paid rs 13230 which was increased while booking before it was showing rs 12004 .I had recived an amount of rs 11451 and I recived rs 559 in my wallet . rs 1220 is still pending every time they give different excuses from last 1 week i need my money back. please escalate this issue so that I can get my refund from this company ..
