We booked a hotel for 1 day having 2 rooms for 30 December so that my friend and her family will have a place to stay after a marriage function they had to attend at Goa. And later on one week before this date the amount gets deducted and also it was showing booking confirmed all the time. And when we called them they said there is an issue the property isn’t there and we have informed agoda so we tried to reach their help support but they responded that day morning and we reached the property address they said they informed agoda.com through mail long back and literally we got stranded their on 30 th without a place to stay and somehow we got another stay due to the kindness of few people but it had a very price that we had to pay and all the mental trauma we went through
