Text of Complaint by Prashant Gupta:

This hotel is worst hotel I ever seen in my life. Firstly Hotel address is wrong. There are two sectors mentioned in address. When I reached at sector 11 location by Google maps there is no such hotel. I looked around for 2 hours but there is no such hotel. After that I called Oyo hotel they didn’t give me exact address and contact number of the hotel. After reaching Mahaveer Tower, Sector 14 firstly hotel receptionist refused to accept the booking. He told this hotel is not under Oyo. Then I showed him picture of his hotel reception in booking webpage he told someone else fixed the picture in website. After that I was about to calling police then he accepted the booking and told Oyo hotel gives him less money and there room charges is higher. Then he took extra Rs. 300 from us or advised to cancel the booking from Agoda/Oyo this means my all money will be lost because as per Agoda/Oyo rooms there will be no refund if cancelled in the same day. There was no Oyo rooms banner anywhere and Oyo rooms didn’t have this hotel proper address and contact number. I want to case a suit for such harassment and scam against Agoda/ Oyo rooms. They are cheating to tourist and involved in this scam. My entire trip was very bad and this gave such intolerable experience I can’t explain.
