I was trying to make a booking on agoda.com of Rs 3359.43 on 14.9.202, after I entered the OTP it redirected me to the earlier page and the money got deducted immediately from my account with the merchant name ‘Retail Domestic PT Mumbai’.
When i checked my booking i couldn’t find any booking in my name and couldn’t reach Agoda customer care as none of the numbers were working. I have also mailed them but haven’t got any response.
